We have a growing community of international schools taking part in Tycoon and have seen fantastic student-led businesses from a number of countries including the UAE, China and Hong Kong.

We empower young people to think creatively, work together, and develop entrepreneurial skills by turning ideas into real business ventures.

How it works

Who

  • Students aged 5 –19.
  • Opportunity to participate in lower, Middle and Upper competitions.
  • Private & International/Bilingual schools, School Groups.
  • Aligns to International BTEC Qualification in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship.

How

  • Delivered through Tycoon digital platform, where students can take ownership of their own businesses and Teachers can monitor their progress.
  • Teacher-led with all resources (in English) on the platform and PJF support (remote).
  • As a standalone enrichment programme or built into Business curriculum.

When

  • Recommend 1 hour a week for 1 term.
  • Flexibility to deliver programme over two terms or 3 off-timetable enrichment days.
  • Final student evaluations due by end of academic year.

Tycoon International Enterprise Competition Costs

We ask international fee-paying schools to contribute to the cost of the competition. If you are based outside the UK, please get in touch using the contact form below to discuss launching Tycoon in your school or country. Cost vary from region to region and cover:
